Who We Are
River Church is a Bible based church in Tonbridge committed to passionate worship, fervent prayer and powerful ministry.
Kingdom love, faith, joy and expectation characterise all that we do
Our Mission and Vision
Bringing Heaven to Earth : Extending the Kingdom
To impact the local community, region, country and beyond with the transforming love of God, releasing His Presence to bring about reformation in every area of society for the glory of God, in the name of Jesus, and by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Our Four Core Values
God is good
Everything you do is beautiful, flowing from your goodness;
teach me the power of your wonderful words!
Everything was accomplished at the Cross
When he had sipped the sour wine, he said, “It is finished, my bride!”. Then he bowed his head and surrendered his spirit to God.
All things are possible with God
Looking straight into their eyes, Jesus replied, “Humanly speaking, no one, because no one can save himself. But what seems impossible to you is never impossible to God!"
You are significant
Have you forgotten that your body is now the sacred temple of the Spirit of Holiness, who lives in you? You don’t belong to yourself any longer, for the gift of God, the Holy Spirit, lives inside your sanctuary. You were God’s expensive purchase, paid for with tears of blood, so by all means, then, use your body to bring glory to God!
1 Corinthians 6:19-20
